Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Bunny (the “Bot”), a Discord bot operated by Pixel Forge Hub (“we”, “us”). By adding the Bot to a server, interacting with it, or being a member of a server that uses it, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, remove the Bot or stop using the services it provides.
2. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age required by Discord’s Terms of Service (13, or higher where your local law requires) and comply with Discord’s Terms and Community Guidelines at all times. The Bot is not intended for anyone who is not allowed to use Discord. Server administrators are responsible for adding the Bot only to servers they are authorized to manage.
3. What the Bot does
The Bot provides tools that server administrators can enable and configure:
- Verification – gating new members using account age, risk checks, a challenge step and raid lockdown.
- Moderation – warns, mutes (timeouts), kicks, bans, and jail with timed expiry.
- Link control – removing links from members who are not server boosters or otherwise exempt.
- Booster roles – custom role name and color for current server boosters.
- Custom voice channels – temporary voice rooms with lock, user limit, and region controls.
- Giveaways – entry by button and random winner selection.
- Logging and audit – if enabled by a server, recording message edits and deletions (including text and attached files) and Discord audit log events for staff review.
Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.
4. Server administrator responsibilities
Administrators who configure the Bot agree to:
- use it lawfully and in line with Discord’s Terms, Community Guidelines and Developer Policy;
- inform their members that the Bot is used and what it does (for example verification checks, message and file logging, and moderation records), and have a lawful basis for logging where the law requires one;
- restrict log channels to authorized staff, set a suitable retention period, and exclude channels where logging is not appropriate;
- keep adult or age-restricted content inside channels that Discord itself marks as age-restricted, since the Bot cannot enforce age on its own;
- keep the Bot’s role and permissions properly configured, and only grant staff access to moderation commands to trusted people;
- take full responsibility for their server’s rules, moderation decisions, prizes and giveaway rules.
5. User conduct
You agree not to:
- attempt to bypass, trick or automate around verification, link blocking, jail, mutes or bans (including with alternate accounts);
- abuse commands, buttons or voice-room creation to spam, harass or overload the Bot or a server;
- use booster-role names or voice-room names that are hateful, impersonate staff, or break Discord’s rules;
- enter giveaways with multiple accounts or otherwise manipulate the result;
- probe, attack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Bot or its hosting.
6. Verification limits
The Bot checks signals such as account age and join behavior, and may ask a challenge question. Discord does not currently provide bots with a member’s verified age group, so the Bot cannot confirm that a member is an adult, and cannot guarantee that minors or malicious accounts are kept out. Legitimate users may occasionally be blocked or held for review; contact the server’s staff in that case. We make no guarantee about the accuracy of any check.
7. Moderation actions
Warns, mutes, kicks, bans and jail are applied by server staff or by automatic rules chosen by the server’s administrators. We do not review or control those decisions, and we are not responsible for them. Appeals must be made to the server’s staff, not to us. Timed actions are applied on a best-effort basis and may be delayed if the Bot or Discord is unavailable. Automatic expiry (for example unban, unmute or release from jail) may happen late.
8. Booster roles and boost status
Booster roles are available only while you are actively boosting the server where they are used. If your boost ends, your custom role and its settings may be removed, immediately or after a grace period set by the server. We do not sell perks and are not responsible for boost status, which is controlled by Discord.
9. Giveaways
Giveaways are run by server administrators, not by us, and are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Discord. The Bot selects winners at random from valid entries that meet the giveaway’s requirements. The server running a giveaway is solely responsible for its rules, eligibility, delivery of prizes, taxes, and compliance with local laws on promotions and contests. Winners who have left the server, are ineligible, or do not respond may be replaced via a reroll.
10. Availability and changes to the Bot
The Bot is provided on an “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue it or any feature at any time, with or without notice, including for maintenance, abuse prevention, or because of changes in Discord’s platform or policies.
11. Suspension and termination
We may block users or servers from the Bot, or remove the Bot from a server, if these Terms or Discord’s rules are broken, if the Bot is being abused, or if required by law or by Discord. You can stop using the Bot at any time by removing it from your server.
12. Disclaimers
The Bot is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Bot will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, members, content or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Bot, including mistaken moderation actions, failed verification, or giveaway outcomes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Bot, which is zero if the Bot is free.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version. If you keep using the Bot after an update, you accept the new Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction unless the law of your place of residence says otherwise.
